29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 13 Hummingbird Way, Methuen, MA. On or about June 6, 2021, a: An employee was exposed to a fall greater than thirteen feet above lower level from a residential roof where fall protection was not used. b: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near unprotected window openings. FL Carpentry Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464403, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2 O'Reilly Ln, Foxboro, MA 02035.

Location - 13 Hummingbird Way, Methuen, MA. On or about June 29, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard were there was a break in elevation to access point that was greater than nineteen inches in height. The FL Carpentry Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464403, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2 O'Reilly Ln, Foxboro, MA.
