29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  Location: 61-80 Ridgeview Terrance (Building 17) Elmsford NY 10523  a) On or about June 28th, 2021, the employees were exposed to a struck by hazard when working on the ground level without head protection while other employees where removing shingles on the roof building directly above the employees.
