29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: Location: 257N-276N Nob Hill Dr. BLDG 2 a) On or about March 7th, 2022, employees were exposed to impact hazards while using pneumatic nail gun on a residential complex building without eye protection. Top Notch Home Design was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which is contained in OSHA Inspection number 1539009.
