29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 4, 2021, an employee was exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. (b) On or about June 4, 2021, Priority Roofing LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that JK Roofing Inc. protected their employees from falls in excess of six feet, while they were in the process of performing roofing activities on a residential building.
