29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On or before 7/25/23, the employer did not protect employees and subcontractor employees from injury in that employees and subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards. Subcontractor employees were working on the roof of a two-story single-family home without wearing fall protection. An employee conducted a quality/status inspection on that roof without wearing fall protection before the project was complete.  Priority Contracting and Roofing of Denver Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539109, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10271 Riverstone Dr. Parker, CO 80134.
