OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(l ): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the warehouse racking system was visibly damaged exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards: a. Aisle 2 between IC6 and IC9: The green storage rack upright support used to store pallets of milk cartons and canned goods was damaged. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards. b. Aisle 2 upright on 1C1: The green storage rack upright support used to store pallets of milk cartons and canned goods was damaged. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards. c. Aisle 3 1E1: The light blue storage rack upright support used to store pallets of milk cartons and canned goods was damaged. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
