In front of Room A10: A grinder with the guard missing was used to cut tiles, exposing employees to struck-by and amputation hazards. b. In front of Room A105: A grinder with the guard missing was used to cut tiles, exposing employees to struck-by and amputation hazards. c. In front of Room B203: A grinder with the guard missing was used to cut tiles, exposing employees to struck-by and amputation hazards.
