29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about June 16, 2021, an employee engaged in residential construction was observed using an A frame ladder for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed. The ladder was leaned against the wall to gain access to the edge of the roof line from the ground. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
