29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. On or about July 24, 2023, framing studs with nails and pieces of wood board with were observed around the construction jobsite that were not kept clear and away from work area. This condition exposed employees to nail impalement hazards and wounds.

This condition exposed employees to fall from heights greater than 6 feet from the ground. The Pando's Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539487, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7316 Glacier, El Paso, TX 79911.
