Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. North side of the restaurant: The outer insulation of a flexible cord that was used to power the chiller had separated from the plug exposing the inner wires. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
