29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Lot 992, Wright Way, North Shore Plantation Lakes, Millsboro, DE - On or about May 12, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees wore a harness connected to a lanyard attached to the basket while working from an aerial lift. Employees were exposed to potential ejection from the basket using the lift to access the roof at heights in excess of 20-feet from the ground.
