29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Behind Plant 1 - An employee suffered injury to the right leg on June 19, 2021 after slipping and falling when getting off a skid loader. The injury required hospitalization, and the employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. (The employer reported this in-patient hospitalization to OSHA on June 21, 2021.) Corrected during the inspection.
