29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2):Where there is a danger of tools, materials, or equipment falling from a scaffold and striking employees below, the following area below the scaffold to which objects can fall shall be barricaded, and employees shall not be permitted to enter the hazard area as specified in (h)(2)(i)-(h)(2)(v): Location: 3 Fish House Road Kearny, NJ 07032 - Rt 7 Wittpenn Bridge Contract 3 a) Employee(s) were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting overhead bridge reconstruction operations on a JLG Ultra Boom Lift approximately 50 feet in height with no falling object protection devices in place. Employee was struck by a clamp that was dropped from the Lift and sustained injuries. The incident occurred on or about 7/2/21.
