On or about July 9, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about July 9, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nineteen (19) feet four (4) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about July 9, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
