29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a jobsite at 9700 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri: An employee was exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on July 13, 2021, when an employee was working from an aerial lift. The employee had his fall harness on but his lanyard was not connected to the boom or basket when he was painting approximately 25 feet above the ground.
