29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees performing repairs on an existing building with the use of a Genie S-65 boom lift were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet from the working level of the basket to the ground below. Employees were not tied off to the boom or basket.
