29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At an apartment building located at 9641 Ambassador Dr, Bldg 8, KC MO -- employees were replacing a valley on the southside of the building working from heights of 2 plus stories high without fall protection. This exposed the employees to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about August 11, 2023.
