29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At jobsite located at 8777 Greely St. Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential gutter installation activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. TruTeam, Inc. dba Williams Insulation and Gutters was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459707, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04.01.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4610 Northeast 85th Terrace, Lot 134, Kansas City, Missouri 64119.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: At jobsite located at 8777 Greely St. Lenexa, KS, employee engaged in residential gutter installation were exposed to falls from approximately 12 feet, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof or was secured. TruTeam, Inc. dba Williams Insulation and Gutters was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459707, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04.01.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4610 Northeast 85th Terrace, Lot 134, Kansas City, Missouri 64119.
