29 CFR 1910.106(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were posted within sight of the employee being served: On or about 14 July 2021 at the Fuel Dock and at the Used Oil Tank Storage areas, Marina Puerto del Rey, Fajardo, PR. In areas where flammables and combustibles materials were located, it was observed that "no-smoking" signs were missing.
