(a) 320 Tower Heights Road, Gainesville Georgia; On or about July 15, 2021, employees installing floor decking materials, exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 8 inches were not provided a means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 320 Tower Heights Road in Gainesville, Georgia, on or about July 15, 2021, employees installing guard rails to the outside edge of the building were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 8 inches to the inside and approximately 22 feet and 4 inches to the outside of the structure, when the employer failed to ensure that fall protection systems were in place.
