29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Satellite Pointe Apartments located at 2000 Satellite Pointe, Duluth, GA 30096: Building 1, Roof: On or about 11/23/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 44-feet, 9-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in cleaning activities located next to a 29-inch high parapet wall.   Fast Construction Cleaning, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1542157, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 12-21-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 320 Tower Heights Rd, Gainesville, GA 30501.
