29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or before July 17, 2021 and at times prior, J and A LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure to initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. An employee of MMBC, Inc., was not protected by a fall protection system while working on the roof of approximately 8 feet. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards above 6 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
