On or about 7/19/2021, employees from Builder's Bloc Contracting Services, LLC were sheathing a roof of a residence located on lot 217 on Rock Ridge Road in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. One employee was observed working on the 10/12 sloped garage portion of the roof approximately ten to 10 feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection.
