Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 7/28/2021, employees from Builder's Bloc Contracting Services, LLC were building exterior walls on the second story of a residence located on lot 310 on Race Horse Lane in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Two employees were observed working near the edge of the second story approximately ten to sixteen feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.502(g)(3): Control lines did not consist of ropes, wires, tapes, or equivalent materials, and supporting stanchions. On or about 7/28/2021, employees from Builder's Bloc Contracting Services, LLC were building exterior walls on the second story of a residence located on lot 310 on Race Horse Lane in Wentzville, MO. Two employees were exposed to fall hazards while sheathing an exterior wall on the second floor. The employer implemented a fall protection plan. However, the control lines for the controlled access zone did not meet the requirements of 1926.502(g)(3) - 1926.502(g)(3)(iii).
