(a) At a construction site located at Journey Church International, 1601 SW State Route 50, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64082, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when dry-cutting stones containing crystalline silica.  Workers were observed doing masonry work dry cutting stones on the outside of the building. Employees were cutting the stones for a period of 8 hours per shift, outside and using a hand held saw that did not have the required engineering controls.
