29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 7/22/2021 at a project located at 6795 Route 21, Almond, New York; employees were installing coping and trim on the roof of the Alfred-Almond Central School. The roof was flat and employees were working at the roofs edge without any form of fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
