In addition, Danny Miller dba D&A Roofing was previously cited for a Serious Violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1471020, citation number 1, item number 3B and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 201 W 26th St., Erie, PA 16508.
