29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):  The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:   On or about April 25, 2024, an employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet, while working from a supported scaffold lifted by a rough terrain forklift, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.   The employer did not secure the supported scaffold to the rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method.
