29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At 50 Spring Oak Drive, Saint Charles, MO 63303 - On or about 07/26/2021, five employee were exposed to elevated fall hazards approximately 10 feet above a grass surface below while removing shingles, and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Barr Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070356, citation number 2, item number 1 and issued on 09/03/2015 was affirmed as a final order on 05/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6880 Hillsboro Road, Bonne Terre, MO 63628.
