29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(vi): All industrial trucks in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks:  a) Mustang Contracting Corp worksite located at 4 Campus Dr., Parsippany, NJ  The employer did not fully lower the load engaging means of the CAT JLG Model TL1255, S/N ML701483 when the truck was left unattended.  ANSI B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks requires that when leaving a Powered Industrial Truck unattended, load engaging means shall be fully lowered.  Violation occurred on or about 07/26/2021 and 07/27/2021.
