29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Roosevelt Paper Company. - Sheeter Machines area: Employees worked around unguarded areas in the back of the Marquip Sheeter/Stacker machine Model # E707-9750, S/N 1E7078820,  employees were exposed to moving parts and materials (i.e. spinning paper rolls)  while working near and around the unguarded areas, occurred on or about 07/27/2021.  b) Roosevelt Paper Company. - Winder machines Area:  Employees worked around unguarded areas of the Jagenberg Two Drum Winder, Vari-Dur Type 33-15, 30.22599-1976, employees were exposed to moving part and materials near and around the winder drive area, occurred  on or about 08/02/2021.  c) Roosevelt Paper Company. - Guillotine machines area: Employees are exposed to pinch points on the Dexter Lawson, Cutter/guillotine, Model # MPU-110, S/N 911102, employees were exposed to the moving Clamp while stacking, securing the product and removing excess waste, occurred on or about  08/25/2021.
