29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a) Legend Senior Living LLC dba The Windsor of Palm Coast, located at 50 Town Court, Palm Coast, FL 32164: On or about July 27, 2021, the employer did not provide fit tests for all the different types of respirator models required to be worn by the employees. The Employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
