29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Facility, where an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead including: 1. The gun lockers located in the hallway. 2. Gun Cleaning Room, the portable tool box that contained gun cleaning supplies. 3. Gun Cleaning Room, the gun discharge box. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246140, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2017 with respect to a workplace at Friday Harbor, WA. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185250, citation no. 2, item no. 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2017 with respect to a workplace at Blaine, WA.
