OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards: a) Jobsite, 1306 Pennsylvania Avenue, Tyrone, PA 16686: On or about July 26, 2021, employees used a Roddie Pit Shot directional drill to perform horizontal directional drilling without confirming or determining in advance the location and depth of all utilities and subsurface structures. The 6 inch natural gas pipeline was pierced by the directional drill.
