29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. Woodridge Warehouse, Transportation Side. On or about July 28, 2021, palletized product was leaning in the following locations, which could contribute to product falling, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. a) Location ST06, LED monitors b) Location ST06, Microwave ovens c) Location SA050, Oven ranges d) Location SA055, Washer/dryer sets e) Location N032, Oven ranges Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
