Spring Glen Fresh Foods, Inc. - Ephrata, PA - Prep Room - The employer did not provide machine guarding for moving belt and mandrel drum parts on the Urschel OV slicer while employees operate the machine to slice food items including, but not limited to, onions and pickles, thereby causing an in-running nip point hazard on or about July 19, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
