The employees in the lift did not have harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 7/26/2021 at a construction project located at 34 Sunset Drive, Lakewood, New York; employees were performing work on the outside of the house from the wrap around roof. The roof was low sloped and employees were walking and working at the roofs edge without any form of fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
