29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Peeler Machines: Vacuums that were intended for household use were used to collect dust created during the sharpening of band knives at the peeler machines. The dust created consisted of steel dusts from band knives and dusts from the vitrified bonded abrasive wheels (AKA "stones") used in the sharpening process. The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, or about August 5, 2021. FXI, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357711, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Manor Road, East Rutherford, NJ.
