This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7-9 feet.   b) Luis Torres dba Torres Roofing at 4934 Jericho Way in Rapid City, SD 57702: On or about and at times prior to June 2, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazard in that employees performing roofing activities were not ensured to be protected from fall hazards of 7-9' by use of an appropriate fall protection system.
