On or about July 27, 2021, at the band saw/drill press work area:  (b)  Employees used a Summit 20 inch Drill Press, Model# 3XHD, Serial#129 to put holes in metal stock.  The drill press was not guarded, exposing employees to making contact with the unguarded chuck and unused portion of the drill bit and being struck by flying metal pieces from the drilling process.
