29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) KITCHEN: A relocatable power tap was used to power a refrigerator, two laptops, two pencil sharpeners, and one computer monitor, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.   b) UPPER SPECIAL EDUCATION:  Three relocatable power taps were connected in series to power 13 laptops, a pencil sharpener, an audio/video apparatus, and a 3M air filter, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.  c)TRAILER 33: Two relocatable power taps were connected in series to power three refrigerators, a coffee machine, and two microwaves, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
