Packer Rd, Springfield, Missouri, an employee was exposed to hazards of being ejected from the vehicle as a safe place was not provided to ride during forklift training. An employee was training a second employee to operate a Caterpillar M98 forklift. The forklift trainee sat on top of an upside down 5 gallon bucket during training.
