29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. On or about August 11, 2023, at an establishment located at 900 Alderson Street, in Schofield, Wisconsin; in the Bay C of the Paint Department, employees were exposed to caught-by, crushed-by, and struck-by hazards when walking between beams not securely stored on sawhorses, spaced within the fall shadow.

29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting care shall be taken that the load does not contact any obstructions. On or about August 11, 2023, at an establishment located at 900 Alderson Street, in Schofield, Wisconsin; in the Bay C of the Paint Department, the below-the-hook lifting device SN 1191 was not clear of the I-beam while raising the crane exposing an employee to a struck by hazard.
