29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a-41 Maplewood Boulevard, Suffern NY (Residential Roof): CSHO observed an employee engaged in soffit and facia activities on a ladder jack scaffold in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 08/06/2021.
