29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end: Site - On or about August 10, 2021, the end of a platform that was installed on roof brackets was approximately 14 feet long and extended over its end support by approximately 3 feet, exposing an employee to a fall of approximately 13 feet in the event of tipping.

Pento & Son's Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224221, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7-9 Amherst St. in Nashua, NH.
