29 CFR  1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective.  On or about August 10, 2021, the change house trailer (44GX) was not grounded to earth in accordance with the NEC (National Electrical Code) Article 250. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.
