29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about August 14, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees of M & N Framing, Inc., were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). M & N Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448869, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1005 S. Gilbert St. Castle Rock, CO 80104.
