29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 5821 Watson Ln. Littleton, CO 80123: On or about May 31, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to approximately 11+ ft fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential house. The employee was conducting framing operations on the edge of a roof without fall protection.  b) 5821 Watson Ln. Littleton, CO 80123: On or about June 6, 2022, employees were exposed to approximately 6'8" fall hazards while working while standing on a single wooden board. The employees were conducting framing operations without fall protection.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  M&N Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448869, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1005 S. Gilbert Street in Castle Rock, CO 80104.  M&N Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547688, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6589 Canyonpoint Rd. Castle Pines, CO 80108.
