Littleton, CO 80123: On or about May 31, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to approximately 11+ ft fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential house. The employee was conducting framing operations on the edge of a roof without fall protection. b) 5821 Watson Ln. Littleton, CO 80123: On or about June 6, 2022, employees were exposed to approximately 6'8" fall hazards while working while standing on a single wooden board. The employees were conducting framing operations without fall protection. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). M&N Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448869, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1005 S. Gilbert Street in Castle Rock, CO 80104. M&N Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547688, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6589 Canyonpoint Rd. Castle Pines, CO 80108.
