29 CFR 1926.151(c)(3):  The entire storage site was not kept free from accumulation of unnecessary combustible materials, weeds and grass were not kept down, and a regular procedure was not provided for the periodic cleanup of the entire area:   A.)  Mark Erie Hospitality, LLC, 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501, on or about August 16, 2021 and times prior thereto:  Accumulations of wooden pallets were stacked in and around walkways, storage areas and work areas outside.   B.)  Mark Erie Hospitality, LLC, 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501, on or about August 16, 2021 and times prior thereto:  Accumulations of high grass and weeds were located in and around walkways, storage areas and work areas outside.  C.)  Mark Erie Hospitality, LLC, 18 West 18th Street, Erie, PA 16501, on or about August 16, 2021 and times prior thereto:  Accumulations of garbage including, but not limited to, used plastic beverage containers, motor oil containers, used cleaning gloves and discarded clothing item were located in and around walkways, storage areas, portable toilet areas and work areas outside.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
