29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) On or about August 16, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing masonry operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, eleven (11) feet seven (7) inches to twelve (12) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of a complete guardrail system at the ends and edges of the unprotected work platforms.
